I believe that I have told you many times what I love the most about my job as Monitoring and Evaluation person is because it “requires” me to travel a lot, eh? ❤ 😀

The regular airplane flew me from Adi Sutjipto, Jogjakarta to Soekarno-Hatta, Jakarta on my recent travel
From Wamena to Tolikara, Papua (Photo: @alexarahayu)
The MAF – a five passengers helicopter-like plane flying from Banda Aceh to Calang, Aceh Jaya during the Tsunami Recovery Program
Heading to Jakarta from Dubai DBX International Airport

The thing about traveling (by airplane) is you sometimes can not choose to fly certain type of airplane, especially if you are flying to remote areas only served by small airplanes. I am lucky that I get to experience flying different types of airplane, from the “two-storeys” kinda plane, to UNchopper, to the helicopter-like a plane that only carries 5 passengers and the pilot! ❤

SusiAir’s Cesna, a 12 passengers plane from Polonia, Medan to Nagan Raya, Aceh. Final check by the pilot before take off.
Boarding for Hongkong from Pearson International Airport by Air Canada
Not so small – 20 passangers plane from Mali, Alor to El Tari, Koepang, East Nusa Tenggara
The long journey on China Eastern from Guangzou Baiyun, China to JFK New York, US
A short transit at Philadelphia

Enjoy the journey, all! 🙂
