may we always be reminded.

Aceh is like my second hometown. I lived there for about three years when working with the British Red Cross Society (BRCS) for the Tsunami Recovery Programme.

I’m back!

I left Aceh in 2008 when BRCS closed out its Programme and only had the opportunity to return in 2015 during my monitoring work for my current organisation.

Love being in this place again, seeing my lil “family”, visiting the places where we used to hang out and have fun: the Babah Dua beach (my fave! used to be my weekend spot!),  the house where I used to live, my fave resto, bringing back the good memories indeed!
